As all families, we may have our disagreements but we are still a family and we must stand together and not be divided or seperated into crafts , we are a Union and if management sees we are at odds they will take advantage, we have enough problems with daily life without fighting amoungst ourselves. Sometimes its best to keep private matters private but when our hand is forced things may have to come out.
